This car is not a collector's car or a garage queen. It has been driven and enjoyed 8 months a year. Always parked indoors and stored in a climate-controlled environment during winters. It has also been meticulously maintained over the last few years at Ferrari Quebec, with a lot of key components replaced or upgraded under my ownership. The car comes with one fob, two keys, a tool kit, an emergency kit and the owner's manual. A binder containing all the service records going back to 2013 is also included.

Key maintenance items since 2018 beyond regular yearly maintenance

4 tires, front brakes, clutch release and torque tube bearings, engine and differential mounts, oil pressure switch, gas tank valves and gaskets, all belts and engine gaskets, spark plugs, bushings and ball joints, front shock absorbers, alternator, a/c compressor, water pump, thermostat and coolant, driver's seat switch panel.

Modifications

Full front PPF, including mirrors, bumper, hood and fenders.
Larini high-flow cats and Fiammenghi aftermarket exhaust system for the perfect V12 symphony.
Window tints.
Under previous ownership, exterior paint has been changed from Blu Pozzi to Rosso Corsa and the headlight casings have been painted in matte black to mimic the look of F40 headlights. Interior is all original.

Imperfections (all minor but worth mentioning)

Trim between the wipers and hood is missing black paint is some areas.

Launched to the press at the Nürburgring in 1996, the 550 Maranello was Ferrari's answer to those who believed the performance of a front-engined V12 car could not beat that of a mid-engined sports car. The successor to the F512M, the 550 Maranello proved quicker and, thanks to its better front-engined, rear drive packaging layout, far more practical.
