Description
Originally sold in October, 1987 in California at California Ferrari in San Francisco, I purchased this car from the original owner with just 12,667 miles driven, and had it transported to Denver. Now, with still only 14,499 miles, it's time for me to pass on the stuardship of this iconic dream car to someone else.
Although not quite reaching the miles required for its 15,000 major service, this service was performed by Ferrari of Denver at 14,372 miles due to its age. At the time of this service, the car was inspected for any other necessary age related replacements and were performed, including all rubber fuel and brake lines.
A new battery and new BF Goodrich g-Force Sport Comp-2 tires were also installed at this time.
In all, over $16,000 was invested to ensure trouble free enjoyment by the next owner.
All tools are present and all service records are available.
Pininfarina paid particular attention to styling details that influenced the car's CD and aerodynamic lift characteristics – with impressive results. Cabin ergonomics were improved and the shape of the seats revised to better suit the sporty driving style this type of car deserved. On all versions, low profile tyres and 16" alloy wheels were available as an option.
